Brit Basinger, the Director of Landscape Architecture in the Saratoga Springs office, brings an energetic, diversified and collaborative approach to coordinating project objectives. As one of the lead designers on many of the firm’s projects, his work integrates a holistic assimilation of the program elements, site sensitivity, contextual relationships and community character to achieve a unique sense of place.
With nearly 20 years of diversified experience, Brit employs a complex approach founded in Landscape Architecture and Community Planning to develop compelling visionary solutions. He regularly works on projects ranging from large-scale community and campus planning to intimate urban settings that vary in terms of use and purpose. Scale, context, program and budget are each significant in crafting an inspiring solution. Brit believes, “each project possesses individualized criteria, needs, challenges and opportunities.” "Every solution is like a work of art that requires both intuition and logic to synthesize a successful outcome.”
